The bed in the quadruple room had a comfortable soft topper, and the mini fridge kept drinks cool nicely. However, the staff appeared annoyed when I asked about renewing my stay, which dampened my experience. It was also disappointing that breakfast was never offered, despite it being advertised. The room cleanliness was not up to standard, as I had issues with hair in the sheets upon arrival.
